Lipitor (Atorvastatin) is a highly effective statin (cholesterol-lowering
drug) that lowers LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Atorvastatin

Dosing: For oral dosage form (tablets):
- Adults: 10 milligrams (mg) once daily. Your doctor may increase

- Children (less than 10 years of age): Use and dose must be determined
by your doctor.
