How to use Denavir:
How much medicine you take and how often you take it depends on many factors, including the condition being treated and the age and weight of the patient. Start treatment as soon as cold sores or lesions appear. It is usually used externally every 2 hours while you are awake for 4 days. Clean and dry the area before applying the cream to avoid spreading the infection. Continue to use Denavir even if you feel well. Do not stop taking this medication without checking with your doctor.
